And we’re off! One month down and what a fantastic month we’ve had..but now it’s TIME TO GET FIERCE. The warm up is over!

KIDS CLASSES

We’re pleased to announce, the launch of our BALLET & BEATS KIDS CLASSES on February 16th at AU Village, Cantoments. If you have children between the ages of 5-15 who would like to join us CLICK HERE to register.

We’re firm believers that everyone can dance, but the best and most versatile dancers come from being competent in a number of dance styles. As such we’ll be launching our classes with two dance disciplines that are at opposite ends of the spectrum, in order to give students a broader knowledge that can see them comfortably walk into any class worldwide!

Note, classes are for both boys and girls.

Yes it’s that time of the year again ladies and we kicked it off with a sizzling, Sexy Divas Workshop (with a twist)! Hmm, if you missed it you missed out :( but it might not be too late! If you’re coupled and want to learn a steamy routine with your boo, then we’ve set aside Friday 8th February to do just that.

The class will only take place PENDING A MINIMUM OF 6 COUPLES committing to the class. The closing date is Wednesday 6th February, so if you want in, get in touch with DeZiya.

THE NEXT SEXY DIVAS WORKSHOP WILL TAKE PLACE ON FRIDAY 1ST MARCH, 2019!

Lastly, as it is the month of ‘lurve’, I’m challenging you to do three things everyday this month.

  1. Stand in front of the mirror every morning and tell yourself how much you love yourself, and are loved by others.

  2. Tell somebody just how much you love them or how how beautiful/handsome they look! (Trust me, you’ll make their day)

  3. Show yourself some love in the form of a good sweat, 3 times a week. Believe you me endorphins are real lol.

    For those of you who are already active then you know, fitness is one of the best expressions of self love. For those of you who aren’t, I seriously urge you to make the time for it. Not only will it improve your health, it will increase your happiness, so go on and SPREAD SOME LOVE <3
